We realize that our customers are putting a significant amount of trust in
our ability to process and supply linen for their business. Since
they are entrusting their business success to us, many of our customers wish to
inspect our facilities. We love these visits.
Our customers are welcome to visit our facility at any time with or without
prior notice. In fact, we are so confident, that we provide a capability
that almost no other linen supply company in the country does. We have
provided the capability for our customers to see live video of our operation at
any time they wish. Our cameras are placed to provide a view of the most
critical points of our operation and give the user pan and tilt capability so
that they can "look around a little."
Technical Notes
- Operation of the cameras requires a small (352kb) .ocx
control to be loaded on your computer. This control will automatically
loaded the first time you access the camera. If you are prompted select
YES when asked if you wish to load the kxhcm10.ocx control. This may
take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.
- Viewing the cameras requires a username and password.
Please contact us and provide your email address so
we can send you the password or ask your account representative.
- These cameras operate on ports 81 - 90 instead of the
normal port 80. This will only affect those users behind a firewall or
other device that blocks access to these ports. Contact your network
administrator if you are unsure.
- Video quality and speed is dependent on the speed of your
internet connection. Users with a slower connection can choose a smaller
image size in order to get a faster refresh rate.
- The .ocx control can be uninstalled at any time.
